We supply all bedding, toys and dietary requirements, although you may bring your own (except bedding, to prevent infections been brought in). If you request special dietary requirements we will try to accomadate 'within reason'. All units are cleaned, inspected and 'cat trays' changed daily. Cats must be vaccinated and veterinary proof is required. We can only take provisional bookings over the internet or telephone, actual initial bookings can be done in person due to the fact we need to see proof of vaccination on or before arrival and pay a deposit. Prices includes full insurance cover and we have full veterinary cover from our recommended vet. The toys we supply are plastic for hygienic reasons, we do not offer cloth toys as these can pass on germs.

    Terms and Conditions

  • Our opening times are 9am until 5pm. Special arrangements can be made outside these hours.
  • Due to customer cancellations we now require a deposit. Minimum deposit is £10 upto 7 days, non-refundable.
  • Your cat should be vaccinated against CAT FLU and FELINE INFECTIOUS ENTERITIS, We will require to see your cat's vaccination certificate on arrival.
  • We will treat Your cat if it is infested with flea's or worms, the cost of treatment will be passed onto the cats owner.
  • Our Insurance does not cover veterinary fees incurred for conditions prevailing prior to boarding. Veterinary fees that may be incurred, due to such conditions will be passed on to the owner.
  • We request that cat collars are removed, prior to your cat arriving for It's stay, any cat wearing a collar will have it removed for the duration of It's stay, for safety reasons
  • We now charge £1 per week per to cover veterinary insurance, this is to keep overheads down and keep the daily rate the same. We do not charge for VAT or Heating unlike some catteries.
  • A full day's board is charged for the days of arrival and departure to allow for essential disinfection and preparation of the penthouse suites.
  • We recommend that your cat is vaccinated against Feline Leukemia, but this is not a boarding requirement
  • Payment of boarding fees to be made by cash or cheque at the time of collection.
